www.wdef.com Chattanooga Tennessee Chattanooga police say a Hamilton County deputy responding to a call started a chain reaction that ended in a six-car pile up WDEF News 12 arrived first on the scene at the intersection of Jenkins road, Bonny Oaks Drive and Old Lee Highway. Police report the deputy was traveling on Bonny Oaks when witnesses say he struck a vehicle on Jenkins Road. The collision caused the deputy's unit and one of the other vehicles to land on their tops. Six people including the deputy were hurt though police say not seriously. The deputy and several others were transported to the hospital.
