CMS: Tempe PD - 963-FATAL ACCIDENT w FIRE

Tempe Police/Fire responded to a accident with injuries and a person trapped, the vehicle involved caught fire after spinning into the bushes. This may have been in connection with a traffic stop in the area prior to this when the vehicle was seen leaving a burglary call.
